Rule 2:4, \u201cGlue\/resin\/wax\u201d The Kegli\u0107 Cup does not allow the use of glue in the U11 and U12 categories, but allows it in the 13 and older categories. The use of glue is not allowed in any category in school halls – Pavlek Mi\u0161kina Elementary School, Petar Zrinski Elementary School and the Hockey Federation’s ballroom<\/p>\n
The Kegli\u0107 Cup is open to all club and school teams in the world. Players cannot belong to a club from a country in which the player does not reside. All players must have a valid identification document during the tournament or a registration with the Croatian Handball Federation.<\/p>\n
Teams using players older than the category in which they are competing will be disqualified from the tournament, and their matches will be registered with the score 0:10.<\/p>\n
Additional players may be added during the tournament in agreement with the competition center.<\/p>\n
6.2 Identity verification and on-site checks (team photos)<\/p>\n
All players must be able to identify themselves with a photo ID (passport, driver’s license or official identification document). For players from Croatia, registration with the Croatian Handball Federation is required.<\/p>\n
Note: Copies of passports or ID cards are not accepted.<\/p>\n
During the tournament week, the Kegli\u0107 Cup Competition Committee may conduct random checks in connection with matches. An official will ask the team to line up for a quick team photo before the start of the match. The numbers must be on the back of the jerseys. No two players may wear the same number in any match.<\/p>\n
If the referee decides that a team needs to change jerseys due to similarity to the opposing team’s jerseys, the team that appears last on the match schedule must be changed.<\/p>\n
7.2 At the match<\/p>\n
All teams must be ready and dressed on the court 5 minutes before the kick-off.<\/p>\n
All players must be insured.<\/p>\n
The match officials will keep score on the scoreboard and in the Kegli\u0107 Cup app. This is only an indication of the results and no official score sheet is kept. The referees will make the final decision on the score and will also count the score during the matches.<\/p>\n
At the start of the match, the kick-off will be taken by the team that is first on the match schedule.<\/p>\n
A team may not request a team time-out. There are no time-outs in 7-meter throws.<\/p>\n
A team that leaves the court during the match will be disqualified from the tournament.<\/p>\n
Each team is responsible for the conduct of its fans. Bad behavior by fans may result in the team being expelled from the tournament.<\/p>\n
Only club officials (coaches, officials and medical staff) are allowed in the technical area.<\/p>\n
If there is no marking for the technical area, it is the 8-meter area along the touchline where the substitutes are located.<\/p>\n
A player who receives a blue card will be automatically suspended from the next match. The team manager will be responsible for monitoring.<\/p>\n
7.3 Balls<\/p>\n
The home team must bring a ball of the correct size and approved size to the match. If both teams agree, a ball of a different size may be used. Three balls are allowed to be used in each match. The referee must approve all of them. The two balls that are not being used must be placed on the ground next to each goal.<\/p>\n

The jury decides on objections and penalties. Jury decisions cannot be changed or annulled. Video review of matches will not be used after that. Protests must be reported to the competition secretariat by email (info@keglicup.com) within 15 minutes after the end of the match.<\/p>\n
The protest fee (50 euros) must be paid at the same time. It will be refunded if the protest is accepted.<\/p>\n
Note: The website\/app is only an indicator of the results. The referees make the final decision on the result and also count the score during the matches.<\/p>\n
10.2 Suspension<\/p>\n
Any player who is given a blue card is automatically suspended from participating in the next match. This match also goes into the playoffs if the last match of the group stage occurs.<\/p>\n
The tournament jury may decide on a suspension for further matches in the case of a direct red card.<\/p>\n
Each team is responsible for ensuring that a suspended player does not participate in the match(es) in which he\/she is suspended.<\/p>\n
Serious violations will be reported to the Handball Federation of the respective nation.<\/p>\n
IMPORTANT NOTE: If a suspended player participates in a match, the team with the suspended player automatically loses the match 0-10.[\/et_pb_accordion_item][\/et_pb_accordion][et_pb_accordion _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” background_enable_color=”off” hover_enabled=”0″ locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″][et_pb_accordion_item title=”11. A team that fails to appear without a valid reason will lose the match 0-10. If this happens more than once, the team may be excluded from the tournament. If there are compelling reasons, the jury can exclude the team from the first offense. For example, if the intentional overrunning of the field benefits its own team or another team in the group. The tournament jury has the right to change the time of the match.<\/p>\n
11.2 Interruption of the match<\/p>\n
If the match is interrupted for any reason and cannot be completed, the tournament jury will decide whether the match will be replayed or decided by a 7-meter throw or restarted from the minute it was interrupted, whether the score will be adjusted or whether one or both teams will lose 0-10.[\/et_pb_accordion_item][\/et_pb_accordion][et_pb_accordion _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” background_enable_color=”off” hover_enabled=”0″ locked=”off” global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″][et_pb_accordion_item title=”12. 15.2 For fire prevention<\/p>\n
Smoking is prohibited in schools.<\/p>\n
It is forbidden to cook, make coffee or prepare other types of food in the classrooms and hallways.<\/p>\n
It is forbidden to hang clothes or other flammable materials in the hallways.<\/p>\n
It is forbidden to move tables, chairs, etc. from the classrooms to the hallways or other public areas.<\/p>\n

By registering to participate in the Kegli\u0107 Cup, the registrant (team leader or someone else assigned by the team leader) confirms that the team leader is familiar with these provisions and has the necessary authority and permission from the participant, the participant’s guardian and the registered association. Participation in the tournament is at the participant’s own risk, and the team leader is responsible for all participants of the team he or she leads.<\/p>\n
16.2 Participant insurance<\/p>\n
The team leader in charge of the competition is obliged to ensure that all participants are insured on the playing field.<\/p>\n
Each participant is responsible for their own personal insurance off the field. Participants from countries that do not have a health insurance agreement with Croatia must have personal health insurance.<\/p>\n
MRK Metalac does not have collective insurance to cover injuries, illnesses, theft or damage.
